How do I contact support?

How does a case work?

A fictional receipt prints on your desk with a few lines redacted. Tap lines to inspect them for free, then hold a suspect's card to accuse. You get four tries, and every wrong guess burns a redaction away and reveals a new clue. Close the case for an S, A, B or C grade; run out of tries and it goes cold.

Does Itemized show ads?

No. Itemized has no ads and no sign-up form. Your detective file starts anonymously.

What is Itemized Pro, and how do I cancel?

Pro opens the full archive, every Case File and campaign, unlimited Decodes, 3 Alibis with streak repair, and your accuracy by country. It is a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Cancel a subscription in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions); it renews until you do.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Itemized plays offline and syncs when you are back online.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Settings > Delete my data and confirm with Delete everything. If you cannot open the app, write to zeyrekseyfican@gmail.com. See /en/delete-account/ for what is deleted and what is kept.

What Itemized is

Itemized is a daily deduction game for Android. Each day one fictional receipt prints on your desk, six suspects stand in the lineup, and you accuse the person who bought it. You get four tries; every wrong guess burns a redaction away and reveals a new clue. Every case ends with the true story and a Field Note, a short, sourced fact about how people really shop. All receipts, stores and people are fictional.

Itemized has no ads and no sign-up form. Your detective file starts anonymously. The app is available in English and Turkish.

Itemized Pro

Pro is optional. It opens the full archive, every Case File and campaign, unlimited Decodes, 3 Alibis with streak repair, and your accuracy by country. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Case File packs, the season pass, cosmetics and tip-offs can also be bought one by one. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Google Play account settings (Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Restore purchases is available on the paywall and in Settings.

Delete my data

In the app, open Settings > Delete my data and confirm with Delete everything. You need a connection, and the deletion runs when you confirm. This erases your alias, streak, XP, Casebook, stats and wallet, here and on our servers, and it cannot be undone. A subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in your store settings. If you cannot open the app, you can ask for deletion by e-mail. Details are on the Delete account page.
